This is only players who have been updated into the threshold and not ones who were in it before and have been updated else Eden Hazard would be in it. Thorgan though is -8 not -9.

Great work

I know this is only predicted by SI but it goes to show how screwed England are in the coming years, only two made the list yet one of them has only been improved due to signing for a big club imo.

TBH I don't think this is a terrible sign - in the coming years i.e. next Euros, World Cup etc. all of the players who are developing now at clubs, (for example in the NextGen) aren't even on the game. So keep up the hope!

And how far did SI predict Gareth Bale's rise?

You can already find a more than decent Bale on 2006 or 2007. As a wing back, but then again, how many players don't change position over the years? (I remember Dembélé as a Target Man, the big striker hope of Belgium. Where's he now huh? :P )
