Im back with my new 3-6-1.My first and second 3-6-1 wasnt successfull.Now you can trust me i tested this tactic on many team (Wolverhampton Wanderers,AS Roma,Chelsea,Vallodolid).

This tactic is tested on PSP.And works fine.

It would be complicated to transfer it into IOS though. And I agree with J-savage.
