2014 Intensive Training 2014 *Released*

Old Intensive Training doesn't work in FMH2014, instead we have modified it to work for 2014. This isn't as easy as 2013's but it still works amazingly for player growth. If you are having problems with it or have feedback please post as it is still very new, thanks.

The only thing I noticed was that defenders lose passing which can be viewed as useful for a BPD however putting attacking as medium made players complain and get injured a lot.

This is brilliant Dec! I just briefly praised you on Facebook for this, but wanted to give you some results.

After switching my training regime for all my players, I have advanced three weeks (Aug 4-25) and I had one injury and no complaints from the players, except one on my reserve team which is feasible compared to three players each day. It is still a small sample space for the growth of attributes, so I will post screenshots once I get another month or so into this game. Thank you Dec!

At first I thought I was saddened that we'd lost I.T. but it was bound to happen eventually, so now I've concluded that this is a change for the better. I see the goalkeeper schedule is unchanged from last year, how have people got on with that one so far? I think it could be useful to have your key players and best prospects (as long as they are not injury prone) alternate between having intensive fitness on and off, perhaps I fortnight or if lucky a month at a time. I'll post again with my findings at some point.

Just seen it now, thank you again. Sorry for my slow response I am trying to rush through to give you some concrete evidence on the production of these training regimes even though I'm sure you know the results. Cheers to ya mate you certainly saved my season

Goalkeepers we have only had Cech complain once so it is a near great.

Thanks, let me know what happens with yours though I want to try and make it a simple set up and you have to edit every player you sign onto the preferred regime anyway.

Strikers need heading from defensive and defenders need passing from attacking so it works out both ways really (though BPDs need general else passing decreases for them).

Just two to start won't let me attach more.

Dec the other pictures it says file is too big, is there a way to make them smaller?

I have a couple others that are evident of good attribute progress.

If you are on computer use the images tab on the top of the forums and start a gallery. You can then upload and click on the image and then right clicking and selecting "direct image link" will give you the URL. Just put these in [img ] HERE [/ img] tags without the spaces.It sounds complex but it is really easy :).

 

Definite improvement though. Just his tackling went down but I don't think that matters for a winger really unless he is a DFW anyway. What do you think of the growth overall, injury rates and happiness?

I'm only one month in but I see a definite improvement in my players. Ill upload Christian Eriksen who increased very well. Injuries are few and far in between now, only really reserve members and my one backup left defender on my first team. Happiness is at an all-time high (aha), literally though I had one or two of the first team squad complain about the training in a month period opposed to 2-3 people a day. Those players that complained aren't in my starting XI either. Good fix this is though Dec, I was completely shocked about the IT basically being removed.

I will edit this post later with the pictures of my players and their progress. Thanks again!

Dec, you should test this with a small club too. From my experience it tends to have a lot more complaining down the leagues

That is interesting AS. May just be an one off though, time will tell and keep testing please.

Just tried it out with Burton:

While some players got injured it was only 6 at one time (they have a significant squad size) and 6 unhappy (interestingly one was a GK too - may have to have a back up and it was a variety of positions meaning no training is specifically effecting it making me believe it is something within the game).

If any of you think too many players are complaining or the squad is getting injured a lot please knock motivational down to medium and let me know if you still get the same growth as expected but it stops the issues. Thanks.
