Nearly all of these are incorrect Monaco start with 10 not 40, Wolfsburg 5 not 25 etc

I haven't updated this yet. I will be doing soon but this is the default value on FM PC in which FMH is based upon.

Would it be possible to include information on this article regarding wage budgets? What I mean to say is, Liverpool in my career mode started with a transfer budget just under £30 million but had something like $1.5million a week wage budget, which was much more than the current wage expenditure. When adjusted it left me with what I would consider to be the true transfer budget which was more like $50 million. Not sure whether or not each club has a different amount of disposable wage calculated into their budget.
