My second season is a success with this formation. During the first season, I got sacked in the game but fortunately, I had saved the game before that and requested the board to give me more time to build squad.

And having troubles to win, I went to Dec's post about how to create tactic and ask to him to help me.

Here's the result

Please noted that this tactic last only one season as the new engine makes the tactic shorter life span. And to get prefect results is what player you use. Your inside forward needs to be good at shooting dribbling technique crossing, if you don't have a inf but have a winger with similar attributes, that's works too.
