2015 Players pref roles constantly changing

Hello,

 

I have a question regarding this. Playing as Liverpool and I can't seem to understand why some players seem to change their prefered roles constantly (the one after their age on their profile).

 

i.e: Sterling always changing between winger and inside forward, balotelli always changing between Trequartista and Poacher, Will Hughes changed atleast once from box to box mid to adv.playmaker, Emre Can changed from adv.playmaker do DLM.

 

E.Can I can understand because I changed his training regime to General from the default Atacking because I wanted him to play a more defensive role, however the rest of the players have always sticked with the same regime, I just don't understand why this happens with those, most of them change just too often.

This can be annoying when you buy someone for a specific role, then it changes shortly after....

It means nothing, it's more of a guide for people that don't understand tactics etc than anything. If the stats and position match the role he'll perform there.
