2015 Roma's tactic

So i have started a new career with Roma and i can't find an enough good tactic for my team. In my other careers in middle late season i usually get worse results than the early season and i am playing original engine. So pls can you help me with a tactic?

Have you signed any players? What is your starting XI?

I havent signed any players but i think i will need a striker. I dont have any 11 because i have just started.

I need that you recommend me how to start with this team.

With Roma it is true you lack an out and out goalscorer. I would also say you are lacking in top quality central defenders. Dependent on which striker you choose you can play several approaches but a 433 or 4231 is the best option in my opinion.
