Depends on the league you load.

Try loading Germany as first active nation. He should be in that database.

He is never in any of the leagues I load up u.u

if you update your Database with the winter update from vibe (find it in the download section) you can find him If you load the English database as your primary league.

He is in mine. Having a large database only Germany loaded it's what I used for a Futsal 1 save.

In my experience a medium database (or larger) with only 1 league loaded will have him present.

He is on my database try loading Spain but always works best with large DB

As I'm preparing saves for a compie I'm running he's the one I'm having trouble with as he only seems to pop up as mentioned above with a large database + 1 league loaded.

Germany works and does France and Italy. Single league only tho.
