Despite being slated a lot, the Director of Football can play a key role in transfers for teams and are intregal to success.

An example of this is Sven, who helped bring Sol Campbell to Notts County despite them being in League 2 at the time.

Your challenge is to take the role as Director of Football but leaving the assistant manager as the boss. You can alter tactics and sign players during the transfer window, but you assistant controls the matches, if he fails, you get the sack.

Champions League

Domestic Cups

Top Tier Title

Rules

You can only play during the transfer windows, but matches during the transfer windows you must holiday.

You can alter tactics, but only during the transfer window period.

You can alter the wage and transfer budget and make financial board requests.

No unlockables can be used.

Create a career thread, post your transfers in each separate transfer window, any tactic changes/decisions and your league positioning in each transfer window. Feel free to state any other information in your thread such as how certain players are performing etc.
