When you click the Generate button below, all the changes in the textbox will be contained inside your changes file. Click the Download button that appears, rename the file to 'changes.txt' and then copy this file to PSP > COMMON > FMHYEAR (e.g. FMH2012).
If you prefer, you can copy and paste the contents below into your own text file called changes.txt
